Do You Believe In Magic ????

Well my friend’s daughter does and so for her 9th birthday, she had a magician at her party.

So wanting to help out I decided to make a few decorations for the event. I started with her favorite color blue, added some red and started thinking….

Red and Blue stars

What Magician doesn’t come with a bunny or 2 ??
I sandwiched each bunny between 2 Top Hats,
so when hanging it looked like they were in the hat.

and of course a Top Hat !

Now for a session of Pin the Wand on the Magician.
I cut him at 16″ the largest size possible.

Wands for everyone !
I wrote each child’s name on the wand with my silver sharpie
and put 2 glue dots on the back. Then round and round we go…

Looks like we have 2 first place winners but everyone is a winner.
Each child got to pick prizes out of a Top Hat.

Now back to the Top Hat…
I originally wanted to make Top Hat Bags for loot bags but time ran out so
…. I made a small tag and used some white ink and stamped away.

Found some star party loot bags and attached each Top Hat with white curly ribbon.
Full of fun goodies like pop rocks, glow in the dark necklaces,
wizard erasers and highlighters….

Found some Top Hats at the dollar store in all the Halloween stuff
and used them for magical bowls.
